The Vegetarian Restaurant was proposed as a small New York based chain restaurant. This proposal for a restaurant with take-out and eat-in service would be located in NYC and be a prototype for future restaurants nationwide.

The designated space was 2,000 SF which would make the restaurant fit into a common NYC building type. The prototype was also designed to work in an open retail environment as well.
